A BILL making a supplementary appropriation out of the treasury from the balance of available moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred ninety-four, to the division of Veterans' Affairs--Veterans' Home, "Former" Acct. No. 8261 ("WVFIMS" Account No. Fund 6754 FY 1994 Org 0618) supplementing and amending chapter one, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the budget bill, chapter one, acts of the Legislature, regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, be supplemented and amended by adding to Title 2, Section 1 thereof, the following line item:
TITLE II--APPROPRIATIONS.

3a. Nursing care beds feasibility study................$100,000
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement and amend the budget act for the current fiscal year 1993-94 by providing for a new line item to be established therein to appropriate moneys received for expenditure to undertake a feasibility study of the Veterans' Home to determine the need for nursing beds at the home in the current fiscal year of 1993-94.
Such amount shall be available for expenditure immediately upon the effective date of the bill. Any unexpended balance remaining at the close of the fiscal year 1993-94 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure in fiscal year 1994-95.
